Matt has been running Ceroc classes in Christchurch with his wife Deb since April 2005. He loves teaching beginner classes and still remembers how terrified he was the first few months he attended dance classes.
He would leave before the end of the class on several occasions when totally overwhelmed by it all. So why did he persist? He was at a Ball not long after starting to dance and a lady there told him he was "cr*p", this was crunch time: either he had to just forget the whole dream of being able to last a whole song or get stuck in. Fortunately he stuck at it and eventually met Deb on a dance holiday in Barcelona.
Besides helping Deb with Ceroc, he does most of the web programming and holds the blueprints to the Secret Online Vault. He has fingers in a few pies outside of Ceroc.
